Singing Saw Press is a fine arts and poetry publisher founded by Norah Maki and Allyson Paty. We publish collaborative works between visual artists and poets. Through this work we are looking to foster collaboration and dialogue, both contributor-to-contributor and in a more formal way, between image and text. The intent is to have both visual and textual elements working together to create one complete piece.
Parallax, a journal published annually from 2013-2018 is a collection of broadsides, each featuring the work of one artist and one poet.
Redolent, published in 2023, is a collaboration between the poet Farid Matuk and the artist Nancy Friedemann-Sánchez.
